Danielle Snellen, APRN
Family Nurse Practitioner
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Danielle began her healthcare journey as a certified nursing assistant with Norton Healthcare while attending the University of Louisville for undergraduate school where she earned a Bachelors degree in the science of nursing. As a registered nurse, Danielle worked as a cardiac nurse and later transitioned to Labor and Delivery, where she helped bring life into the world. After completion of graduate school, Danielle provided primary care services to those of Breckinridge County, KY. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She spends her free time boating, gardening and crafting.
Angel
Office Manager
Angel is our amazing office manager that doubles as our medical assistant. She is exceptional at performing tasks like in-office lab draw, gentle with immunizations and other needle sticks! Great with the littles! She enjoys spending time with her family, baking and hunting.
Ashley
Referral coordinator
Ashley is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when she calls to confirm any upcoming referral appointments or to give you an update on any prior authorizations on medications or testing. In her free time she enjoys kayaking and spending time outdoors.
